If the transfer is made through the hotel booking:
The provision of data is mandatory, as the data are necessary to provide the services provided, as well as to comply with legal obligations on liability, and any refusal to provide such data results in the failure or partial performance of the contract. As indicated by the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data with measure n. 330 of 4 July 2013 (Published in the Official Gazette n. 174 of 26 July 2013), pursuant to art. 130, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the data controller will use the e-mail addresses provided by the interested party in the context of the conclusion of an order for the sending of commercial communications relating to services similar to those previously performed. The interested party may remove the consent to the sending of commercial information from their account and/ or the link “unsubscribe” within each email.
If the transfer is by subscription to the newsletter:
The provision of data is mandatory, as the data are necessary to provide the commercial information services related to the newsletter to which you have subscribed, and any refusal to provide such data results in the failure or partial performance of the contract. Sending the newsletter is a free service and implies the acceptance of receiving commercial information. The interested party may remove the consent to the sending of commercial information from their account and/ or the link “unsubscribe” within each email. In this case, the cancellation of the newsletter will be mandatory and T.C. Informatica can no longer provide the requested service.
If the provision is made through data provided by third parties:
In this case we have acquired data from third parties who have granted us your consent to this transfer and your consent to the sending of commercial information. In any case, at the first dispatch, you will receive the information pursuant to art. 13 D.lgs. n.196/2003, as prescribed by the Privacy Guarantor. The interested party may remove the consent to the sending of commercial information from their account and/ or the link “unsubscribe” within each email.

The interested party has the right to obtain:

the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected.
The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication
